Credits

When you sign in through Google, you are assigned a few free credits to test the AI-powered features. Each credit is good for one alt text generation. You can use Alt Text Generator to generate alt text in bulk or select a single image to generate.

Additional credits can be purchased through a payment link within the plugin.

Limitations

AI-Generated Content: Alt Text Generator uses OpenAI's language models to create descriptions for your images. While the results are typically excellent, we recommend reviewing the generated text before publishing, as AI outputs can occasionally be unexpected.

Processing multiple images: When generating alt text for multiple images at once, some may occasionally fail to process. Don't worry—you won't be charged credits for failed generations, and trying again usually resolves the issue.

Supported File Types: Currently supports: JPEG, PNG, and WebP images. Not supported: SVG files

CMS Limitations

• Gallery CMS fields are not yet accessible (will be added when Framer's plugin API supports them)

• Images in synced collections (from Notion, Air Table, etc.) cannot be edited since they're managed by external plugins.
